How to: Create new SSH/SFTP account

Note

We do not recommend creating meta-users (such as “developers” or “supportteam”) through this functionality. You can create personal accounts for each developer. This will increase the security of your project and will proselytize incidents related to developer actions.

  1. Open Project in MyCloud dashboard, click “Manage accesses”
  2. Fill the “Username” field and select the “Period” (after this period access will be removed automatically)
  3. Click Create
  4. In several minutes you will get a personal email with access credentials. This email will send an email, linked to the MyCloud admin account; SubAccounts can’t manage SSH/SFTP accesses

How to: Revoke SSH/SFTP account manually

  1. Open Project in MyCloud dashboard, click “Manage accesses”
  2. Chose account to revoke, push “Remove”
