By default all form requests are sent to the specified e-mail address. The Form Logs add-on allows you to keep all the form data in the store and refer to it any time you need. The add-on logs the date and time the form was filled in, user IP, and the form contents.
No requests will get lost among loads of other e-mails in your e-mail application. All requests made via the Contact us form can be viewed in the store.
Besides, the add-on provides the ability to place the contact form or any custom form in a block. It means that you can hold a poll for your blog readers for instance. You just create a form and place it in a separate block on the Blog page.

Case: create a survey in your blog
You can create your own forms and polls with the default Form builder add-on and keep all the answers at hand. Let’s create the “Who is the best seller?” survey together and see how simple it is.
First, make sure the Form builder add-on is active (Add-ons -> Manage add-ons).
Then, go to Website -> Pages and add a new form.
The form will contain the fields as in the picture below.
Add a block with the Form template in the Blog tab.

All the answers given by customers will be saved in the store. You can see them in the Form Logs tab.
